Rachel Groce is a multifaceted leader and community advocate with a strong dedication to service. As the Director of Program Manager at East End Neighborhood House, where she has worked for over a decade, Rachel plays a significant role on the Admin Team. She also founded Beauty For Ashes, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, in 2005, and is an author, publishing her self-help relationship book Sleeping With The Enemy under the name Rachel Dione. In addition to her work with East End and her non-profit, she operates a coaching business where she serves as a “Life Navigator,” guiding individuals through personal growth and challenges. Furthermore, Rachel is the senior pastor of New Hope Fellowship West on Cleveland’s Westside, demonstrating her commitment to supporting others through faith and empowerment across multiple community roles.
