Strengthening Cleveland’s Neighborhoods, One Leader at a Time
NLDP continues to build grassroots and community leaders who are committed to creating change in Cleveland's neighborhoods. We seeks to uniquely develop the diverse leadership abilities of engaged Clevelanders who are committed to creating a city and region that works for everyone.

NLDP Program Coaches
An essential part of being a successful leader involves the ability to be vulnerable with others about where you are headed and how you might get there. Through more than a decade of practice, NLDP has learned the importance of and value in coaching. Coaching during the program and post-graduation are keystone elements of the program.
