Joshua L. Hill, CHW is a passionate community advocate from Cleveland’s Mount Pleasant neighborhood, deeply committed to the belief that God gives us two hands—one to reach forward and one to help others move forward. In 2022, he founded The Speaks Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring youth to become leaders today, fostering the next generation with love and guidance. Hill also serves as Senior Engagement Officer at moCa Cleveland, where he leads the museum’s community engagement efforts, building meaningful connections with local neighborhoods and visitors alike. Before his work at moCa, Hill collaborated with organizations like AmeriCorps, the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, and CHN Housing Partners, creating programs that nurture health, wellness, and lasting community impact. Hill holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing an MBA. Outside of his professional life, he cherishes time spent outdoors with his wife and puppy, as well as volunteering to support his beloved community.
