Dianne Williams Suntala is dedicated to helping youth gain the tools they need to live happy, healthy lives. Her journey with wellness began in 2015, when she first turned to yoga as a way to care for her own mental health while serving as a City Year member after high school. What she discovered during that year — both within herself and in the students she supported — sparked her passion to ensure young people have access to emotional tools and practices that strengthen their wellbeing. This passion led Dianne to create Little Zen Yoga, a Cleveland-based youth wellness organization focused on making yoga and mindfulness accessible throughout Northeast Ohio. Little Zen Yoga partners with schools, daycares, recreation centers, youth organizations, and community programs to bring wellness directly to the children and families who need it most – serving over 800 youth since its inception. As Little Zen Yoga continues to grow, Dianne is laying the foundation for the organization to become a mental-health agency by 2026, expanding its programs into wraparound services that support the whole child and their family.
