Diana Hildebrand is a cycling educator, coach, and community leader whose work transforms the simple act of riding a bicycle into a movement for education, empowerment, and social change. Diana uses the bicycle as a universal tool for connection, health, and transformation. Throughout her career, she has served as a Trip Coordinator, Education and Outreach Specialist, Organizational Coach, and National Cycling Coach. She works side by side with neighborhoods, schools, and local leaders to design programs that spark pride, opportunity, and unity—creating sustainable pathways for growth and engagement that will last well beyond her wildest dreams. Diana is celebrated as the first African American woman in the state of Ohio to become a League Cycling Coach and has been recognized as a National Educator of the Year. Guided by stability, wisdom, and a deep sense of contribution, she is dedicated to leaving behind a movement that teaches courage, leadership, and community—proving that meaningful change begins, and continues, two wheels at a time.
