Terrance A. McClain is a purpose-driven social entrepreneur, faith leader, and community ambassador whose life mission is to bring joy that transcends happiness by empowering underserved communities through economic self-sufficiency and opportunity. Terrance has spent more than two decades designing economic ecosystems that uplift people from the inside out. His work spans nonprofit leadership, neighborhood revitalization, and community-based enterprise development, including the creation of financial and housing solutions through Elaine Cordelia Inc. As Founder and Executive Director of GIFT2U Resources Unlimited, he leads innovative initiatives that connect entrepreneurship, housing, workforce development, and community well-being. With GIFT2U’s evolution toward becoming a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), Terrance is working to build a transformative community finance ecosystem rooted in dignity, access, and economic mobility for families historically excluded from traditional lending and development pathways. Whether through faith-based engagement, business innovation, or community advocacy, Terrance operates as a catalyst for change—committed to building bridges between faith, finance, and social progress, and advancing models of empowerment that spark long-term transformation in Greater Cleveland and beyond.
