Vincent seeks to empower individuals within communities by sharing ideas and actions that lead to measurable outcomes that are truly impactful. Vincent is currently employed as an outreach specialist/violence interrupter for the Cleveland Peacemakers Alliance. He works in the community and local schools, courts, and hospitals to reduce gun violence through prevention, intervention, and restoration. In this role, he mentors youth who are, or have the potential to become, perpetuators or victims of gun violence while attempting to restore a sense of safety to underserved neighborhoods throughout the City of Cleveland. Vincent eventually became actively involved with numerous community organizations including, but not limited to, Renounce Denounce, Building Freedom Ohio, Project Lyft, Time Done, African American Male Wellness Association, and several others. He is also the CEO of Inner-City Empowerment LLC and the Executive Director of Community Choices. Vincent attended Central State University and later received an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Findlay. He also completed 1800 hours of vocational training in Administrative Office Technology and became a certified Microsoft Office Suites Specialist.
