She works as a manager at an insurance agency, a real estate agent and Director of Community Engagement for Our Healthy Community. As the Executive Director and Founder of the Hope and Harmony Resource Center, Tinika addresses critical community needs by providing housing, education, life skills training and employment support to empower individuals toward sustainable independence. A passionate youth mentor through True2U, she channels her commitment to helping others and fostering growth. Tinika’s legacy is one of resilience, compassion and steadfast dedication to making a lasting impact. She aims to work collaboratively with others to serve those most in need.
