Timothy Lewis is the Outreach Director for Rid-All Green Partnership, a 22-acre urban farm in the Central/Kinsman community of Cleveland. Driven by a deep commitment to community, sustainability, and equity, Tim has dedicated over a decade to teaching agriculture to underserved populations, including collegiate audiences at Central State University. He carries forward the legacy of his late mentors, Damien Forshe, co-founder and CEO of Rid-All, and Dave “Dr. Greenhand” Hester, co-founder, by continuing their mission to build resilient communities through urban farming. In addition to his role at Rid-All, Tim serves as the Director of Equity, Inclusion & Outreach at Reverb Wellness, where he bridges the gap between agriculture and the regenerative botanical space. He is also a sustainability and agriculture consultant, offering expert guidance on regenerative practices and community farming initiatives. Through his company, Pound 4 Profit, Tim supports exonerees by providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives and find hope for the future.
