Gabrielle Jones is a healthcare & technology enthusiast, a creative problem solver, a passionate leader and a dedicated professional with a strong background in healthcare, technology, and leadership. With experience at the Cleveland Clinic and in various leadership roles in hospitality, Gabrielle has always been driven by a desire to help others. She thrives in leadership positions where she has consistently worked to improve team efficiency and provide meaningful support to those in need. She is passionate about bridging the digital divide and ensuring equal access to technology for all. Notable achievements in her career include organizing an impactful 8-week computer literacy program, winning the “Most Impactful in Community” award at the Best Tech Awards, and creating safe spaces for residents to learn and grow. Currently, Gabrielle serves as a Digital Navigator on the Digital Inclusion team for the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). Gabrielle’s creativity, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude make her a standout in her profession and a valued member of her community.
