Bianca Griffin has allowed her passion to guide her career path towards the helping field. For over 10 years, Bianca has worked as an advocate for individuals that suffer from addiction, trauma, and mental health illnesses. She is passionate about assisting clients, their families, and emerging professionals in making a positive change. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor Supervisor, she has worked as a case worker, therapist, and supervisor. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer of a local non-profit servicing individuals that suffer from addiction and mental health disorders, Bianca’s desire is to continue to help improve the lives of those most in need. As a business owner her passion is to expand her outreach efforts and capacity to serve by continuing to build a legacy of wellness and recovery for those community members that are marginalized. It is important to Bianca to restore hope, faith, and resiliency to our community members, one person at a time!
