Ashley Ristaino is a mission-driven human services professional with extensive experience in refugee resettlement, housing coordination, and community-based program support. As the Resettlement Program Coordinator for the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants in Cleveland, she directs complex service delivery through pre and post arrival cross-functional resettlement program teams, and works collaboratively with agency partners, city officials, and community stakeholders to ensure newly arriving families receive coordinated, culturally informed support. As a key internal expert as developed in a previous roll with USCRI, Ashley continues to coordinate and deliver housing services for newcomers in Cleveland through systems navigation supports, advocacy for tenant rights, education on tenant responsibilities, and mediation to promote relationship building with landlords and neighbors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from Massey University and brings a globally informed, client-centered approach to every aspect of her work. With a strong foundation in program management, strategic community engagement, and client centered service delivery, she has built a career advancing equity for underserved populations while strengthening organizational operations.
