Applications will be evaluated based upon an applicant’s demonstrated degree of dedication to improving Cleveland neighborhoods, a clear indication of their passion for an existing community improvement project or idea, and whether they show a willingness to learn and have an openness to further developing their leadership skills.

Selected applicants will be invited to attend an interview during the week of August 14th to further discuss their interest in becoming a participant in Cohort XVI. All applicants must attend an interview to be eligible for selection.
